The Master’s degree in Chemistry covers fundamental chemistry areas including but not limited to environmental chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and materials chemistry. Program graduates are prepared for careers as professional chemists.

Campus Based - Fast Track Program: Current UTRGV undergraduate students interested in completing a bachelor and master’s degree in 5 years.

With a Master of Science Degree in Chemistry from UTRGV, you will be able to utilize your knowledge in different areas, such as industry, government laboratories,or academia to pursue a doctorate degree.
